The following group of experienced business leaders provide counsel and guidance to RadiantBlue management on corporate development issues such as strategic planning, finance, business development, government affairs, and technology.

Roger Roberts is the President of RF Roberts Consulting Inc. Mr. Roberts offers a range of enterprise strategy and program capture expertise.  He has over 20 years of experience leading strategic campaigns within the Aerospace and Defense industry primarily with The Boeing Company as a Senior Vice President of Space & Intelligence Systems.  Roger is currently a member of the Sun Federal Board of Directors, the KOR Electronics Board of Directors, and the Board of Advisors for FGM. He has a Bachelor and Masters degree in Physics and a Ph.D. in engineering from the University of California, Irvine.  He was named to the Company’s Board of Advisors in May 2010.

Sue Payton is Former Assistant Secretary of the Air Force/Acquisition responsible for all Air Force research, development and acquisition activities directing a $30B annual budget.  She is currently President of SCI Aerospace, Inc.  She has over 27 years working in senior industry and government positions with military services, defense agencies, coalition partners, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Intelligence Community, Congress, Universities and the media. She is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, University of Southern California and Nova Southeastern University with Masters Degrees in Systems Acquisition Management and Computer Information Systems.  Ms. Payton joined the Company’s Board of Advisors in September 2009.
