Lawrence “Larry” J. Shand joined the Company in 2005 as Vice President and was elected President in 2010. He has over 25 years of experience leading teams and delivering technical solutions for both the Department of Defense and National programs. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Shand was a Principal Systems Engineer at Intelligence Data Systems (IDS). Prior to working at IDS, Mr. Shand held leadership positions, including Division and Group Manager, at Autometric, Inc. and Boeing/Autometric. Mr. Shand is retired from the US Air Force, having spent 15 years managing and supporting National programs.

Christopher Haakon served on the Company’s Advisory Board from 2006 until 2010, when he was elected to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors as the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Haakon has over 40 years of experience in the industry focusing on profit center management and top-level corporate responsibility. Since his retirement from General Dynamics in 2003, Mr. Haakon has applied his significant expertise as a consultant, serving on the Board of Advisors to four fast growing companies. From 1963 to 2002, Mr. Haakon worked for Autometric, Inc., a provider of leading-edge services and applications to federal and commercial clients.

Walter Raheb served on the Company’s Advisory Board from 2006 until 2010, when he was elected to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Raheb is a partner in the government affairs firm of Roberts, Raheb & Gradler, LLC. Mr. Raheb served as a professional staff member of the House Ways and Means Committee under Chairman Bill Archer (R-TX). Prior to his service on Capitol Hill, Mr. Raheb was a senior evaluator for the General Accounting Office, focusing on oversight of the U.S. Customs Service, the Navy and the U.S. intelligence community. He previously served as Senior Policy Advisor and Director of the Government Affairs Department at Thelen, Reid & Priest.

Theresa Klimiuk is a co-founder of the company and is currently the Chief Cultural Officer (CCO). Prior to RadiantBlue Technologies, Ms. Klimiuk worked at Intelligence Data Systems (IDS) as a Program Manager. From 2000 to 2004, she worked at Autometric, Inc. and Boeing/Autometric in San Diego, CA in Leadership & Organizational Development.

Lou Brown joined RadiantBlue Technologies in April, 2011 as a principal investor and Director. Mr. Brown and a few colleagues formed IDEAS, Inc. Mr. Brown is one of Washington’s most successful high-tech entrepreneurs. Over the past 40+ years, Mr. Brown led a family of high-tech companies whose success is measured in double-digit growth. The technologies span telecommunications and fiber optic systems; leading-edge information technologies for hospitality information and retail systems; electronic point-of-sale; network management; media asset management; clean alternative energy and other technology-enablers for the 21st century. All together, these companies employ over 5,000 people worldwide with combined corporate sales exceeding $1 Billion.
