LuAnn was named RadiantBlue’s Chief Financial Officer in January 2009 . She has been a member of the Company’s Advisory Board since 2006. Prior to joining RadiantBlue LuAnn was the Chief Financial Officer for Celis Semiconductor Corporation. From 1993 to 2004, she held a variety of positions with Ramtron International Corporation, most recently serving as it’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. LuAnn has also held various financial positions at United Technologies Microelectronics Center and with Carneiro, Chumney & Co., certified public accountants.

LuAnn is a certified public accountant and attended the University of Northern Iowa, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Additionally, she received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from Regis University.
