RadiantBlue Technologies is seeking a Science and Technology Resource Manager to provide support for key financial resource activities between DoD, various U.S. government agencies and the international community. The position resides in London, UK. Applicants should have demonstrated abilities managing all financial aspects involving international Science and Technology projects, Department of the Navy Science and Technology programs, and general program management skills. Responsibilities may include managing multiple projects simultaneously along with providing budgeting and financial support for other projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Position Requirements:
- Working knowledge of the Financial Resources Exchange Database.
- Ability to develop cost estimates for scientific employees hired through the Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA)
- Ability to apply critical thinking to solve complex problems
- Working knowledge of DoN invoice management software & finance systems
- Ability to process financial transactions for scientific grants, Navy work requests, official travel, MIPR requests, and other government procurement paperwork
- Possesses effective oral and written communication skills to include active listening
- Fluency in Microsoft Office products
- Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong Financial Management background and 5+ years experience with financial accounting and management systems for the U.S. government
- Ability to work in a location outside the United States
