RadiantBlue Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a government customer in the greater Washington, D.C./Virginia area. Applicants should have demonstrated abilities working as part of a team developing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems for commercial and Department of Defense customers. Position entails analyzing requirements, performing trade studies, developing test and integration plans, leading design reviews, and developing risk mitigation plans. Employee will act as responsible agent representing RadiantBlue to Prime Contractor and Customers. Employee will also contribute to developing and enhancing existing system engineering processes for the company. Communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely-related field
• 5+ years experience working as a systems engineer on DoD or commercial ISR systems
• Experience with ISR payloads, processors, or product chains
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Preferred Experience:

• Extensive experience working with DoD and commercial ISR senior engineering staff
• Demonstrated success developing business in system engineering, to include proposal writing and customer outreach

Travel: Some travel out of the Washington, D.C. area is required
