RadiantBlue Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer IV to architect Defense/IC enterprise level toolsets and enterprise software systems. Employee will act as a leader, innovator and coordinator between members of the technical, developer and operational staff to effect change in major C4ISR programs. Employee must be able to work closely with customers, operational staff, and development staff to solve and develop solutions to enterprise architectural problems. Communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely-related field
• 15+ years experience working as both a software engineer and systems architect
• Working knowledge of DoD DCGS, DI2E, DIB architectures and associated working groups
• Working knowledge with a wide range of open source software tools to include: linux, amqp, geospatial solutions
• Working knowledge of scripting, programming
• Ability to lead a distributed development team
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• This position does not require a current government issued security clearance. However, applicant selected may be subject to a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and be able to obtain and maintain a final government security clearance within a reasonable time after the offer is extended. US Citizenship Required.

Preferred Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience as a leader of an enterprise solutions team for DoD/IC systems
• Familiarity with open source software, Unix skills and enterprise systems
• Web 2.0 technologies and geospatial processing skills
• Familiarity with various operating systems and cloud-computing solution sets
• Ability to open the box and help DoD/IC move toward open source software solutions and toolsets
